CCcadTools License Agreement
This is a legal agreement between you (the "User") and cadconsulting ("CCcadTools"), regarding the use of CCcadTools software.
1. License Grant
CCcadTools grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the CCcadTools software worldwide in connection with Autodesk AutoCAD, Map 3D, and Civil 3D.
2. Permitted Use
The User may use CCcadTools for their internal business purposes only. This license does not permit resale, distribution, or modification of the software.
3. Restrictions
The User may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or create derivative works based on CCcadTools. The User shall not remove any copyright, trademark, or proprietary rights notices contained in the software.
4. Support and Updates
CCcadTools may provide support and updates at its discretion. This agreement does not guarantee the provision of support or updates.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The User acknowledges that CCcadTools retains all ownership and intellectual property rights in the software. The license does not grant any rights to CCcadTools’ patents, copyrights, trade secrets, trademarks, or any other rights.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
CCcadTools software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. CCcadTools does not warrant that the software will be error-free or meet the User’s requirements.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall CCcadTools be liable for any consequential, incidental, indirect, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use CCcadTools.
8. Termination
This agreement is effective until terminated. CCcadTools reserves the right to terminate the agreement in case of violation of its terms.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws.
10. Data Analytics
CCcadTools may collect anonymous data related to errors within the application and the usage of functions within the app. This data is collected solely for the purpose of improving the software and providing better services. The collected information does not include any personally identifiable information.
11. Data Usage
Data collected for analytics will be used for internal purposes only, such as software improvements, bug fixes, and enhancing user experience. CCcadTools will not sell, share, or distribute this data to any third party for commercial use.
12. Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the User and CCcadTools and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.
By using CCcadTools, the User agrees to the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree with the terms, please do not use this product!
